Using quality over quantity from the consumers perceptive, to make a product the consumer would buy. Making a product using the consumers subjective opinions.
If you make product from your perspective, you lose reality of what your customers want. An example: If you want to sell shoes to people in South Africa, and you see nobody there wears shoes. You might think nobody wants shoes in South Africa, so you don't sell shoes there. If you survey an average person living in South Africa, they probably really want shoes. Selling a product is always better looking from the consumers perspective. Second, you need to know if consumers have any need or interest in your product. If your product is too expensive, people cant afford it. Nobody is going to buy your product if its too cheap, because there isn't any quality. You need to create the perfect balance. Last, you need to market to a specific group, that has an interest for your product.
